Our Mission

The mission of Blackland Academy is to empower the next generation of construction management professionals by harnessing Blackland Partners’ real-world expertise to deliver a hands-on, apprenticeship-style education- bypassing traditional college paths and equipping graduates with practical skills for faster, more impactful careers in construction.

Our Vision

The Academy is a 36-month program developed by Blackland Partners. Blackland’s vision for this program is to take a recent high-school graduate with no construction experience (but a willingness to work hard and learn) and give them an opportunity for a career in construction.

Acceptance

Our intent is to accept a limited number of individuals into the program each year. Those accepted will rotate through all facets of Blackland Partners- field operations, project management, preconstruction, accounting, legal, and risk management. Upon successful completion of the paid 36-month program, individuals will be considered for a full-time opportunity with Blackland Partners.
